Suitable starter homes for young, upwardly mobile professionals looking for reasonably affordable urban living with a short walk/transit ride to all amenities. Location may be challenging for a noise and dust/auto exhaust sensitive home owner as development is located between a busy Main and Quebec Street traffic corridor. However, convenient location & views may be a worthwhile trade-off plus air conditioned homes well let you keep windows closed when required. Not sure how much balconies will be used unless on the upper floors or in ‘Skybridge’ homes. Prime, North facing Skybridge suites do look to Macdonalds so I guess any cravings for cheeseburger can be quickly satisfied. However, late night drive-thru (*can I take your order*) directly in front of building & french fry aroma may be an issue for some.
